That sounds really high, especially for black.

I'm just waiting for mine to ship - it's scheduled for Friday...pardon the whine, but I WANT my bike NOW...I made the deal on March 3.

Find it hard to believe you paid $2,000.00 under MSRP for your bike. Either the dealer you bought from can't sell bikes or you got the deal of the of a lifetime!

 

Wuz up all? Just got my 08 SG, basically stock with security and laced wheels(wide white walls) I paid msrp minus freight and set up.

 

Price is not bad considering the options and accessories you partially mentioned.AStreet Glide is a top seller and if you want cheap look for stock or used or Dyna or almost anything else. Especially this time of the year.

 

My 08 SG, Black Pearl w/ABS was out the door at 21k. I added 4k of chrome and goodiesto it. No matter how you look at it, it will cost you.

 

2008 Black Pearl SG with ABS, cruise and security: $19,900, plus freight, set-up and tax. But they gave me a killer trade-in of $15,500 on my 06 Fat Boy. I feel I got a great deal, especially with the trade.
