If you can find them... Bub7 TD's with out the cross over. One poster had his 96 dyno'd and found the the Bub's gave him +5 hp and +8 tq.

They are bigger. They start at 1 7/8 and step up. They should be able to handle any bigger mods you may have in mind down the road.

As for sound? They are the best sounding TD out there IMHO. Better and deeper than the Rineharts. You have to hear them for real. They turn a lot of heads. You can also mount them slash up or down.

They're great at cruise and when you get on the throttle they bark nicely. They look great as well.

I have the BUB 7 TD's, I never did a stock dyno before, I'm in Iraq and my cousin says it sounds awesome, the stealer referred to it as a rocketship.........lol..........With the TD's, SE heavy breather and SERT, it made 80hp and 89tq.....Like I said nothing to compare it too though.

Thanks Wood, just volunteered for another year over here. By the time I come back, new wheels and a 113 HQ kit and a little more bling!

I have the Rinehart TD's on My 07. If I where to do it all over again, I would definitely go with the Vance&Hines dresser duals for the head pipe. First reason, the 2" outlet on the TD's limits you on the muffler selection, secondly the rear lower cylinder bolt is dam near impossible to torque properly. I'm selling my TD's ina couple weeks when my new system gets here.

I sold my Rineharts because I couldn't stand the way the rear cylinderpipe fits around the primary. My wife's boot lost most of a sole on that thing over the course of a couple of months. If the Bub 7's fit better in that area I might be tempted.

Looking straight down with a tape measure, The Bub 7's are1 inch back from the inside portion of the left floorboard near the middle. This is the closest it gets. At the rear part of the floorboard, there's 2". The fronts about 1.5" away from the inner part of the FB.

The middle is in a little more than the primary, just a hair.

Had Rinehart TD and now have the BUB 7 without crossover. I am way happier with the BUB 7's, the sound is better IMHO.

Well, I decided to order up the Rineharts. Mainly because I know what I'd be gettin' and I know I'd be happy. I'd hate to spend that much money and be disappointed. I should have them in about 3 days. Should have them on the bike for this weekend, along with a Big Sucker and PCIII.
