Ask for a refund from your installer. Then call Jamie for advice.

379 Glide, help us out a little and someone will be by here to help you....what year bike? Whats done to it, i.e. exhaust, air cleaner ?? or more?? I have a 08 SG,Rinehart True duals, Ness air cleaner assembly and Fuel Moto PCIII...and can tell ya it cranks for a mostly stock bike, NO poping....if you have a 08 YOU MUST RESET the throttle position WITH THE BIKE WARM or HOT. If you want pm, I'll help you.

Fuel moto's site said just the closed needs to be set, but when I did that I got an error message that the closed and open values were to close together. I reset the open and closed and it runs great.

Did the same install except fuel moto slip ons. Jamie told me to adjust the throttle settings and if there is still a problem they will tweak my map. Can't ask for more than that.

Just installed mine yesterday and went for a long ride today, and got to say I was pretty happy with it. It seemed to run smoother, have more power and I was even surprised to get 42 MPG and that was toten the OL with me..
