ORIGINAL: Helmetbolt
SE Performance heads with compression releases.
Hmm,... those sound like specialty items,... used normally just when you start, right?

What're the chances your compression releases are "releasing" wrongly? The reason I ask is because right about the time things should get exciting, both of your dyno traces just start to bomb... have you run a compression "check" at higher RPM's?

2001 Road King Classic (FLHRCI) with 7k miles
-Vance & Hines Big Shot Duals
-Arlen Ness Big Sucker Air Filter Assembly
-Power Commander USB III

Max Power: 69.15

Max Torque: 79.99

Run Conditions: 57.88F 29.15 in-Hg, Humidity 35%

My chart shows the settings acorss MPH as opposed to RPM...?

And its pretty flat, for the most part across the board, as far as the air/fuel mixture - so that's the good thing, right?

Here are the numbers for my 2003 Road King Classic:

Max HP = 113.7 @ 6200 RPM Max Torque = 108.8 @ 5200 RPM[/b]

1550 Big Bore kit

Pro Street CNC Ported Heads by Lee's Speed Shop

Kuryakyn Wild Things TC-4 Gear Driven Cams

Wiseco Domed Pistons K1709 (10.5:1)
Modified Intake Manifold to improve flow
Power Commander IIIr (custom Dyno-Tuned map)
Vance & Hines Slip-ons[/b]
[/b] Torque comes on earley, HP is nice and linear up to Max. The bike runs great and stays pretty cool.

I'd post the dyno chart, but I can't figure out how.

Here's the numbers for my '06 SG after breakin dyno tune . Was somewhat surprised atthe marginal gains. Although it does feel better in the 2000-3000rpm range. And yes I am dissappointed at the overall numbers when compared to others. But I can live with it for the type of riding I do, lots of traveling.
Max HP= 87.20
Max TQ= 91.12
