Ask the parts guy for the right size blades and location-its less than a 30min install

Hey Murph! The spare connectors on your headlight wiring are switched from the ignition, and are common with the cigarette lighter. Just stick a pair of blade connectors in 'em and you're good to go. Red is + clear is -.

I've been looking further into connecting my Zumo 550 to 12v power and realized that I should have mentioned that the bike is a 2000 Road King. It seems the wiring harness is different from the suggestions that I have received.

Thanks Guys, I'll be tapping into the fender tip wires.
