Agree with Ozoneman about the passenger highway pegs. Had them on the King and the wife liked them and they are on order for the Ultra.

Default Not waiting on the Ultra, just the snow!

My 09 is in, but I am still waiting---for the snow to melt!

I added new grips. Driver back rest. Highway pegs. Trunk rack with built in LED bar. I got rid of the passenger strap and had grab rails with chrome accents added to it.

I will have better pics when I get it out of storage.

You're gonna love your Ultra...

I had the 103 kit put on mine, now at 82hp and 110 tq. Completely stock mufflers and pipes. Dyno tuned TTS Mastertune.

Added shorter windshield, windshield bags, fairing mounted mirrors, trunk rack, and rider backrest. A few odds and ends like the axle nut covers and such.

This is my second Ultra, had a 07 before.

Been riding all my life, and I really like the way the Ultra rides.

After 5 riding seasons (39,000 miles), I just traded up to a Ultra Classic. It was delivered on 12-24-08.

Here is a pic of the Heritage Classic and several of the new Ultra Classic.

Mrs Harley is REALLY looking forward to the new ride as well.

The pegs above the passenger floorboards are adjustable and allow you to move the positions of your feet and legs. They were about $190.

The passenger grab rails and handrail covers. Gives you something to hold on to.

Luggage rack on top of tour pak. Place to put more of your stuff.

Leather bag mounted next to passenger footboard on saddlebag. My wife puts her loose stuff in there.

Ride and Leather column buckling gel seat inserts with memory foam. Will help you ride longer without getting as sore.

Touring suspension air pump. So you can adjust the air shocks to your weight and the ride you like.

RJS Original V-Twin heat deflectors. Keeps your legs from getting too warm from the engine.

I've added a bunch of other things for cosmetic reasons, but the above are the things as a passenger you may want to improve your comfort. If you want cosmetic things, I'll be glad to share some of the things I've done to make the bike look better.

Holy cow what a nice bike!! Thank you so much for the very valuable information on the comfort of the bike. I sure will take all those into consideration. Hmmmm....my husband won't be the only one shopping for the bike stuff, lol!

I would like to hear what else you've done with it too.
