I've had the G3 gloves and jacket liner for over a year. So when the local dealer, 60 miles away, had a year end sale today, I went to look. Bought a pair of Union Ridge heated over pants for $183.20. Then proceded to put them on and ride back home. It was 42 degrees when I left Indy and headed south for home. When I got home, my legs were warm as expected, BUT, When I went to use the bath room, I had a hard time finding Charley!! I found out there is no heating panels in the private areas of their heated gear. I called Gerbings and they confermed it, that none of their gear has heat in that area . I ride an Ultra, so what would it be like on a Road King? I rode up there with a pair of lined chapps on and was just as warm. Go figure

 

The only piece of heated gear that doesn't have cold spots are my gloves. My jacket liner has cold spots on the sides under the arms, which, oddly enough, are exposed when riding.
