I have REC SPECS; MAXX in progressive RX lens- $260 from SAMs optical. THey have soft rubber molded into nose bridge, temple and ear pieces. Not the "best" but a good price compromise if you have to have progressive bi-focal (no removable air dam and not transision).

Just wear a shield with your glasses, simple and cheap. Of course, if it's the cool factor you're after, you'll have to spend the $$.

I've been using my Harley riding glasses with prescription/transition lenses for over a year and am very satisfied with them.

Default Panoptix with Transitions

They work great in the mountains when you have changing light conditions and tunnels. Foam seal. Nice fit and no distortion.

Wiley X and 7eye are both great brands that have frames with foam inserts (most are removable and replaceable if needed) and Transitions prescription lenses work great in all of them. Some popular styles are the Wiley-X Echo, the Wiley-X Gravity, the 7Eye Diablo, and the 7Eye Panhead. Here’s a good video on what to look for in motorcycle sunglasses: http://www.sportrx.com/blog/best-mot...ng-sunglasses/

I've been purchasing my motorcycle prescription lens from SportRx for years. Been very happy with the service. I have both the 7eye Diablo and the 7Eye Whirlwind.
Diablo's setup with Tint/Amber lens (use these more for night riding)
Whirlwind's with Transition Grey lens

I wear prescription glasses when I ride. I have Liberty Sports brand glasses. They are a great frame. I have two different frames. I have the Free Spirit (http://www.libertysport.com/eyewear/...l#.VGg034g8KrU) as my tinted day time riding glasses. They are extremely comfortable to wear. I also like that the side magnetic cups come off so they have the look of standard sunglasses if you want. For my clear lens prescription riding glasses I have the Trailblazer (http://www.libertysport.com/trailbla...l#.VGg1RIg8KrU). These are awesome for night or rain riding. The lens area is larger and they have two different types of magnetic cups you can interchange. There is a foam magnetic cup which allow some fresh air in and are very comfortable. Then there is a rubber dry eye cup with does not let anything in to the eye area if riding in rain or very dusty conditions. You can email John Minnick (JMinnick@libertysport.com) with any questions you may have. Let him know Jerry Kokes suggested to contact him and he may give you a break in the price.
