I did the Fuel Moto stage one A/C and felt that the intake sound level hadn't increased significantly.

I have an 08 Road King Classic. After a few months I got the SE AC and the factory remap. Noticeable improvment in performance, the AC upgrade is worth the cost.

A year later, I am looking to get the PCV and jackpot slipons. I would recommend you consider the PCV along with your AC upgrade and not do the factory ECM remap. You don't have to do the slipons. If you do the factory ECM, you will pay 150.00 where the PCV will cost you 299.00 and the PCV can be upgraded later if you do slipons.

I haven't purchased yet, but plan to listen to other forum members and call Jamie at Fuel moto for a PCV and Jackpots when there are enough 20s in the drawer.

What does it cost to have the bike flashed after the Stage 1?

It always makes a little more noise when you let the poor thing breath better. It's not obnoxiuos and honestly after 10 minutes you don't even notice it anymore.

I remember that.... gas was .50 a gallon and I watched the gas gauge go from Full to empty just so I could hear that....

Thumbs up

More noise on hard accelration but the performance is worth it. I kind of like the noise still running stock pipes.

timvan,
That's exactly what I had planned to do for now. Thanks for the info.

I remember those days. This guy was telling me he had a lot of injector noise. I think he rides a 95 or 99 model. Sounded a little odd to me.
