Just out of curiosity, any one out there with some information or experiance on whether you need to replace the stock license plate holder when putting on a HD tour pak and quick disconnect hardware? Catalog states only with international models required to. But the picture in the HD catalog, it appears to have some sort of a laydown plate. And also recomendations on using HDs hardware vs Kuryakyn bracket system to move pak rear ward. Any suggestions or recomendations would be helpful.
