Thanks for the part number, dawg.

Here is the link: http://www.harley-davidson.com/gma/g...bmLocale=en_US

After 30,000 miles the only thing on my Ultra the vibrated loose was the screws holding on the hinges. A little blue thread loc fixed that, but those new hinges do look nice!

Well, I'm ordering a new Tour Pack, I mighty as well get the new hinges too and install them while the tour pack is loose.

I gotta say that DAWG has been tremendously helpful to me in getting the right bill of material to do this job which is something like 10 parts now and costing roughly $1625 all total.

Dawg helps to make this Forum a great success and he desreves allot of thanks and credit. Good job DAWG!

You mean you have already added 30,000 miles since you have added the new tourpak hinges?

Yeah Dawg ,,,,another good tip there,,,also remeber that the pins under the gasket are real tough to get to straight on and take your time ,,,,,, i almost had a new hole there ! drill slipped off the rivet and into the plastic in the lid ,,,pulled back in time ,,,but that was TOO close.........but man those hinges look good !!!!
