Default Has anyone tried the Wetsounds amp yet?

Hi I was stumbeling around the forum when I came across throttle-up industries selling this wet sounds amp, Looks like they took the Arc amp and switched the housing, Taken off there website="The PCB electronic board in these amps are conformal coated so you don't have to worry anymore about the moisture issues Harley's owners face with rain and washing it. " has anyone tried this product, +'s or -'s welcome, Price seams pretty good. Also if you have any coments or suggestions on some of the other fine Motorcycle Audio products out there are greatly appreciated, Looking to upgrade but Kinda Lost. Todd

I have the Wetsounds amp in my FLHX, and its staying in there. It has excellent power and punch. Drives 6.5 inch speakers effortlessly. It is the same amp as a buddies Arc mini, but I like the extra protection of the conformal coating.

I have the Wet amp in my 09 SG and it rocks! I've had it for about 3 months. I also have 2 of the Infinity component speakers that they also sell with the adapter ring. My 2 speaker set up is crystal clear even at the ear splitting volumes this set up is capable of. My 2 speaker/amp system totally blows away a 6 speaker Hog Tunes system that cost over double the price!

Just the facts.

I really took the wind out of this guy with the Hog Tunes set up. He agreed and is thinking about changing his now.

Buy it!

if you look at the diy mobile audio forum, you will find that it is not 'exactly' the same amp, but very close. it is almost exactly the same hardware wise, but there is some onboard software type stuff that is handled slightly differently. is it noticeable to the human ear? i would say not, especially at 70mph.
