gotta reply back from Ryan Lewis of V/H, he said"The Power Duals (16759) are the recommendation for added sound and bottom end tq. And I am retired USCG not USN

 

I have Vance and Hines on all 3 big twins and really like their sound, fit, and finish. When I bought the RK it already had the V&H oval slipons so I went with the true dual setup and just re-used the slipons. Good luck.

Dresser Duals by Vance & Hines has both pipes come out the same side, but have one pipe per cyclinder:
