My Woodys Fairing painted and installed

Beautiful fairing and excellent paint work!
I'm sold on the Woody's Faring! After hearing all the good things everyone has said about them, I've made my decision. Now if I could only get my CFO to advance me my allowance!
On another note, how did you run your power for the fairing? Can you post some pics if possible?

Look in the pic below. The left lower corner where the radio plate is, you'll see a black wire with 2 chrome screws. I opted for the $40 option to have the quick disconnect wiring. It unscrews from the fairing and just the small pigtail remains on the bike. I ran the wires under the speedo, between the speedo and tank. I also ran a wire from the accesory on wire under by the steering neck under the speedo and made all my connections under the seat. That way I didn't have to cut any wires. 1 wire went on positive (and put a fuse in that wire), 1 on the negative and then the last one to the acc on wire I ran from the neck.
You won't be disappointed with Glenn's fairing! The black gelcoat finish that came with it looked good w/out painting, however Glenn said after several years it would start fading...so i had a guy I know paint the inner and outer fairing, put the matching stripes on by hand, then cleared over everything like the factory paint. Cost me $200 for the painting but it matches perfectly and damn the black looks good up close!!!

Thanks...I really love the look of it now...slowly but surely changing it to what I like..... the difference in the wind with the fairing compared to the windshield is night/day..so much smoother! now just need to add the module to make the rear blinkers into running/brake/blinkers! maybe for Christmas lol!
