Default Tank rupture?

I'm thinking a ruptured tank would the least of my worries if my crash resulted in that much frame damage. I'd be more concerned with finding a soft place to land or keeping my elbows/*** off the road..... I'm just sayin...

At least I have a safe and reliable back up bike and the last Goldwing built in America.

Go and stick your nose up at Harley. You`re riding goldwing garbage that cracks frames by itself and now they`re having trans troubles. You just made bad karma for youself. Keep checking for those cracks in your jap crap frame and get used to popping out of gear. To fix the trans requires removing the engine and splitting the cases, it should only take all summer to get parts and fix it. Might as well replace the frame then too. The Harley frame has to be involved in a major crash to crack.
