Default Battery Tender info

I just want to share a good buy with you guys here.

Derby Cycles is selling the Battery Tender Junior for 19.95 each

I bought 3 for my scoots, then ordered two more for my lawn tractor and boat.

Derby seems to be at least 10 bucks cheaper than anyone else and they arrived in only 2 days!

The Battery Tender Junior comes with a 10 year factory warranty along with permenant mount fused pigtail plus alligator clip harness.

Never thought to look there. Thanks for correcting me. Maybe I need to get out more, huh?

Is the Jr. a smart charger, or will I have to remember to unplug it before my battery gets nuked?

Yes, it works like all other the Battery Tenders. I have two, one for each of my bikes and they work great.

That's a good price for Deltran. Many Chinese pretenders but you get what you pay for.

My timing is perfect as usual. I just paid a little over $26 total on EBay for a Deltran.

OK, OK before I get beat over the head about why would I spend 20K on a bike and then cheap out on....

Some things I believe are just as good as others, just not name brand. I've had good luck with these:

http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=42292

I have a Harbor Freight nearby and have gotten them on sale for less than $7.00 and have not had any problems. Have them on both bikes, both riders and my Z28. And yes I do use genuine HD oils

I had a buddy who gave me the Harley pigtail that I hooked to my battery and I just went to the local True Value store and bought the matching pigtail and cut off the clamps and soldered on the pigtail. That way I don't have to take the seat off.
