My buddy wrecked his '06 88" Dyna and I was gonna just send his heads off and then swap the motor and all to have the 6 speed transmission.

Also, is the primary cover the same on the '06 Dyna and the '06 tourer incase I just wanted to powder coat his pieces and put them on my bike?

The Dyna is a different motor. The primary covers are also different. You can use his heads and send them off for porting though.
