Default Fuelmoto filter oilless?

Just got my Stage 1 from Fuelmoto today and was wondering if the filter was oilless ? Know it's basically a SE stage 1 just wondering if its the same type filter element?

Default air filters

If it's a K&N it takes oil (usually supplied with the filter). It looks like the stage 1 has an oiled filter on the site.

I asked Fuel Moto the same question. said it came pre-oiled. Have to re-oil it when you clean it.
