I like it! Amazon has them for $22. I see one in my future.

I see Autozone has them for $14 for those near one.

I usually just stab a screw driver through the top and pry it out with that.

After removing the battery the first time, I went and installed a 2 inch wide velcro strip around it. Now all I do is grap the strap and lift it out cost. 1 dollar at the dollar store.

yes, cdestuck, that's the same unit i was telling you guys about. the pads are slim enough to where you can grip the battery and the tool works great.

I just turn the bike over and shake it.

Too much trouble & just another tool to lose in the garage....I just put the bolts back in the battery & use something to pick both up....just make sure you aren't letting the + & - contact each other...I've done this with bike batts, lawn mower batts & even car batts with the side posts.....

Yeah. I've been disconnecting the negative lead at the frame and the positive lead at the battery and using the negative lead to pick the battery up and out of the slot.

I like the tool idea better though. Quick and easy and good for other batteries around too.
