Default SE Pro TC Performance Heads

I am a bit confused trying to read the SE catalog. There is a chart about which heads, cyclinders and pistons go together. I am interested in the SE Pro TC Performance ACR Heads 17165-08A. This head is not listed on the chart. I am looking at the SE Pro TC Forged Pistons 22942-00. I want to use these as part of a 103 build. Are they a match? I have an 08 Ultra.

one thing to remember, with the 08 you've got the front lateral link which attaches your front head to the left downtube on the frame, and some heads are not machined for that link.

pistons are shaped to take advantage of the quench area. the pistons have to be compatible with the heads you're using, that's why the chart exists in the s.e. catalog. for my application, i wanted to use the screamin eagle c.n.c. ported heads, but they would not work for two reasons. first, obviously they didn't match up with the pistons i'm using, quench area again, and they didn't have the mounting bosses for the cross link of my 08. look at the mva heads in the se catalog. they flow great if they're a match for your choice of pistons.
