Really lookin' at these geared cams. 4th gear dyno at 91HP/92TQ, nice looking power curve www.kuryakyn.com with NO MOTOR WORK....very impressive numbers....opinions welcome. Less than a grand if installed in MY garage!

I can't seem to find the cams on the link you provided, they sound very interesting. Big bore power without the expense.

I like the idea of leaving the stock top end intact, with none of the inherent issues & cost associated with higher compression builds. You retain decent fuel economy, while gaining reliablility and useable power.

I'm looking in the TC-2G cams or the Head Quarters HQ-0034G cams.

I too want to stay with 88", but I want to get a bit more power.

With my '05 heads I'm thinking about have them ported by Big Boyz to let them flow better.

If I can get 90hp and 95 torque out of my 88" going to stage 2............and keep it under $1000.............I'm all over that.

Someone who is very reliable as a source told me that Andrews makes the cams for Kuryakyn...........might check the specs on the Andrews website against the Kuryakyn website and see what the best value from which dealer is. I'd bet someone can save some money.

I paid 250.93 for my Andrews TW26 Gear drive cams from Direct Parts in Tuscon.

None of the Andrews cams match the Wild Things cams specs. I would highly doubt that Andrews would copy the Wild Things cams under their own name.......contracts and stuff like that.

The TC-2G and the HQ-0034G have very similar specs..........I just wish I knew better what all the specs meant when it comes to the power potential and location of the powerband.
