My helmet came back today delivered by FedEx. No check, no letter of explanation, and phones are disconnected. I wore it for 4 years at least.

I called a couple times in the past couple months, but never even got the return shipping label. Sorry to hear about you guys who sent the helmet back and probably won't see any money for it. At least I still have the helmet, which I got 3 years use out of. I guess I'm just glad I never needed it to protect my head in a crash.

I just received my helmets back via Fed Ex with a note that read:

"ACC has come to the point of not being able to provide recall refunds to our loyal customers. We are very sorry for any incovenience this has caused you"

At least I got my helmets back, for what that's worth!

I heard they were nearing DOT compliance on another motorcycle helmet. There certainly seems to be a market for them. I don't think they're done yet.

Same here. Just one helmet, though. I guess it'll be a spare for my guest pax.

Did not see how they could handle all those refunds.
