After talking to a couple of tuners in my area, they have me convinced to swap my SEPST for a TTS. They agree that they get better DYNO results with the TTS. Is this a bunch of crap. The top recommended guy says he has too many problems with the SEPST.
$425 is a small price to pay for a great running bike.
my thoughts on it is if they can't tune the sepst then you are dealing with the wrong tuner. my sepst works great. it comes down to the ability of the person dialing it in on the dyno. sepst is a great product. i would only go third party if the sert or sepst weren't available. if you've already got the sepst find a tuner who's familiar with tuning it, they're an amazing device.
How much more can he get on the dyno for the added cost? Pull another horse or 2 out of it? Not worth to me. I agree a good tuner should be able to work with the sepst

+1...the SEPST was the only tuning device I considered when I bought my RGU.
My Dynop guy sasy TTS is teh msot tunable tuner out there and will constantly fprovide a better tuine than anything else. He actually told me to get one and I'd get a free tune to see and feel the difference. I might jsut ahve to take him up on it.
