I have a 09 Root Beer Ultra,, How do you take the Front Bumper off ,, Do you have to take the front tire off or is there another way,,

Also what about the back Bumper??

I didn't need to remove the wheel.If I recall correctly there was a nut that had to be removed on the inside of the fender under the fender tip light,and the 2 nuts(1 on each fork).These can be a little difficult to remove because you have to bend a locking tab away from the nut.Luckily I had a socket(I forget the size)that gripped the exposed top of the nut and I could rotate the nut, and the locking tabs backed off.When you put the nuts back on,remember to pinch the locking tabs against the nuts.I found a small set of needle nose vise grips works well for this.
