I have used JC Motors to ship my SG to CO and back. Door to door service. No worse for the wear. I would recommend them. Here's the link... http://www.motorcycleshippers.com/

I just talked to Joanie 907-272-6863 (Alaska Shipping) and they handle shipping fr. Tacoma to Anchorage. It's expensive $995 ( I think that was one way) and takes 8-12 Days but she will arrange everything. I lost interest when she said how long it takes and then the price. It was like $695 to get mine fr. SLC to Tacoma ( I think that was w Federal) so it's too costly a deal for me. When I check on of those online quote sites it gave a # to call, I don't think US companies ship all the way because you have to get thru Canada. I want to find the time to ride it there and back but it's at least 3 weeks. Rental is like $250 per day which is looking more attractive when considering the wear and tear plus time.

I used them last year after the Hoka Hey event, they are good people, I am also in the marine business, this is a fair price considering its Alaska (everything is more expensive there).
The trucking company that was suppose to pick it up in Tacoma kept "breaking down", got the feeling they were BSing me, got pissed off and flew up to Seattle and rode bike home to Miami with a stop in Sturgis. I dont think there are any road shipping companies to or from Alaska, you will see why when you ride it. I would put a contingency aside for shipping if I was you, wear and tear is an understatement riding the Alcan, be careful, be very careful.
