After reading about a forum member in a fatal accident....RIP Eddie...... I decided to upgrade my lighting.
Bought some driving lights for the front and replaced the Kuryakyn LED taillight with a BADASS LED with the BadLands controller for the rear

That's a great idea, but it won't help since the problem is that cage drivers are just NOT LOOKING! They won't turn their heads and rely only on their mirrors. God forbid them from turning their head and look.

This weekend I've installed the premium tour pak hinges and the H-D engine guard fog lights. Have to wait until later to aim them.

While that is true,
Iam referring to the dreaded left turn while your coming the other way and the sitting at a red light when they just plain run you over.
Neither case has anything to do with azzwipes turning their heads.........
But anything we can do to make ourselves more visable is a good thing in my book

It really does, too.. Finished up the wiring for my rear speaker pods, cleaned her up, slapped a little wax on, went for a short ride.

Took my new la chopper 16 inch apes for a 100 mile test ride.
Conclusion- loved the apes.
Hated the fact that my hands and arms and jacket became a ram jet for cold air to now stream down my arms and into my jacket.

Default Great Afternoon

Rode with a buddy and his wife for about three and half hours after work. Mostly in back country of Southern NC and Northern SC. Great afternoon for riding, low seventies, and slight overcast with sun peeking out regularly. The SG is starting to sound better with the VH pipes now that it has about 1500 miles. I guess they are getting worn in or something. Definitely a different sound when brand new and now.
