P/N 14130011 BRACKET FNDR/SB LH MSRP $49.95
P/N 14130012 BRACKET FNDR/SB RH MSRP $49.95

Supposed to be 15% thicker and definitely less expensive.

MSRP for the H-D equivalents are right around $80 ea.

Replacement for crappy OEM bracket.
I had one break on my RKC but it was covered under warranty. I suspect this won't be the first time they are going to break so thanks for the heads up on a less expensive heavier part.

Did yours break too? (Probably a dumb question.) The dealer said mine was the first broken one he's seen.

I took off my fork wind deflectors - my oil temp is around 240 - 260 so I am thinking maybe the deflectors are taking away some air for cooling the engine. My brother has an HD oil cooler on his EGC and his temp is 185 - I don't expect anywhere near that but hoping for at least some cooling effect.

Yep. 3rd one I've replaced in 5yrs and 41k miles. Left one, right one and now the left one again.

OEM's are crap!

2 buddy's have replaced theirs as well.

The aftermarket ones are much beefier and the bend where they break has been reinforced a well.

I'll post some side by side pics after I replace it this weekend.

Raining today. I did get my Harley Goodies Floorboard Extensions today, so I installed them. Looking forward to some dry weather so I can test them out.

Thumbs up

The Good: Installed my new Ram Mount for my new HTC Thunderbolt cell phone. Can't wait to ride tomorrow and listen to some Pandora radio.

The Bad: My 10 year old decided to park his bicycle in front of my motorcycle, only to then knock it over and dent my front fender.

Ordered a "Bright *** lights" tail light from Kevin Weeks at Hampton Road Harley Davidson. After reading so many positive posts on here, and watching this video

I just had to have one too. Should have it by the end of the week! Can't wait to see this thing operate in person.

Kevin is a great guy. He is my go to parts man at HRHD. I modded some H4 piaa gtx bulbs to fit in H7 sockets for his new projection bulb headlamp nacelle for his Road glide.
