Wilburbill thanks for the response. I'm using 1/4hose myself. Figured out how thin the backing plate is. Going to go with the hose between the cylinder and push rod tubes also. I did get some supposedly heat resistant hose so I guess we both will see what works. ​

I used soft aluminum 1/4" tubing. Just clean with acetone, and wipe it down with alumiblack and no one will see it. Its small enough OD to fit between the cylinder fins for easier routing. For areas that need it, 1/4" oil resistant rubber hose, held on with pinch clamps.

 

Yes but it’s just a matter of pulling the 3 bolts out the bottom saddlebag rail
and dropping it down.

 

You’d have to remove it in case you need to get access to main fuse, right ?

 

Changed the engine oil and filter. (20w 50 VR1 synthetic) KN chrome filter

may I ask what batwing fearing this is and what gps/ car play unit you added , how the speakers sound ? It’s something I’m dreaming about down the road

 

I got the batwing off FB market I honestly don’t know what it went to all I know is that the guy sold it REALLY cheap and it fit on my RK. The radio has Bluetooth, apple car play it uses the GPS on my Apple 13 phone all the features on my phone are displayed on the radio, as far as the speakers they are really nice and good base. In the batwing and the radio I have less than 120$ 👍

Got my DK Customs Thunder Torque inserts. I'm off the rest of the week so I plan to put them in as well as finish my Dayton dsp install, 1275N clutch springs and finned spark plug covers. Once I get the springs and exhaust inserts installed, I can make an appointment at Fuel Moto to get the bike tuned..
