Been spending the last week clay barring, and polishing the saddlebags and side covers, on my newly delivered 2012 SG... Having fun in the Great White north!

Well they canceled our trip to Europe so I went out and got me a set of 4" Rounds slip-ons, Fuel-pak and Arlen Ness Big Sucker, yup, way better than stock!

Had new tires installed. Michelin commander II's. Didn't ride far, but felt real nice.

Went to the dealer$hip for an "Express" Oil change at lunch... Got out at 720 PM... There is much more to the story, suffice it to say, I am at home and my Bike is not.. Tomorrow I will probably have a more riveting story to tell, Involving extended warrantys and such

I've got the Michelin CDR II on the rear. So, far I like it. I've run Metz 880's forever but looking for some better tread life.

i installed my nostalgia round air cleaner cover, and removed the black plastic shields that keep your thighs from frying because of the motor heat. no need for the shields because i replaced the stock exhaust with a v&h pro pipe, therefore no catalytic converters in the headpipes, so heat isn't an issue. but it's late january, that may change in june, through september.

Yeah, you may be wanting them in summer. I have V&H hot shot true duals (so no cat) and its still throws a lot of heat (though obviously less) in summer. Nature of the beast with our bikes. Enjoy your new pipes. V&H are quality.
