Default Best way to remove one-way security screws?

I installed some HD helmet locks on the crash bars last year. Now I need to move them and realized they used those "one-way" head screws (the heads have those flanged heads you cant take-off with a screwdriver).

I'd swear there was a way to get them off without drilling (my memory is failing me). How do I remove/loosen them? Feeling lame for asking, but ??

Thanks!

I had my engine gaurd powder coated and had to remove my helmet lock. I used a set of needle nose vise grip's, but I think even a small regular set would also do the job. Afterwerd's I reinstalled.

We repair security vaults that have them and we just crosscut with dremel cutting wheel and unscrew with a flathead screwdriver. Do about 20 a day.
