All the hot parts are cooling down and contracting. cars will do it as well

I hear it is caused by a lack of chrome on the bike. You might consider buying more.

it's just your exhaust system cooling down to room temperature. like hoethree mentioned, the dealer will say, "it's normal, they all do that" no big deal at all,
