I just got one of your Ultra Shields, and I am really happy with it!
Would this new design add more down force on the front wheel for additional stability?
I think there was another manufacturer that touted that feature....
I would be willing to do a comparison also!

It looks out of place on the Batwing, at least from that Photoshop. The Batwing has all rounded out lines, and then there is a shield on top with two very distinct straight lines...It looks forced.

For my road trips, I am more interested in function. If it works well, I would buy one.

From looking at this pic, it looks as though a dash mounted GPS would be a no go. Is this shape windshield going to work with one?

Not being picky about what it is made from, the price is more attractive than anything. I have went through two of these shields this year, which doesn't bother me, because the price makes it a consumable. I have put almost 13,000 miles on my bike since last June, it takes rocks, bugs, etc well. I feel better about throwing a $40 shield away, rather than a $150 or more.

truth be told the amount of pressure a windshield can put down on a bike is minimal, also the vectors of force on either the KW shield or ours dont push the bike that way.

I want to see a myth busters on this one..... Does the windshield actualy have downward force.

I personally dont tout that.

I agree with you guys that there are some things that need to change to make it fit better with the look of the bat wing fairing, At this point I can change a lot and will keep working on it..

Thanks for all the good input.

We will make a physical one and see what that looks like.

There is only so much you can tell by drawings.

The design has some good functionality in it.

Thanks for the input guys.

I'm not sure about how much force can be provided, but I can attest that on the interstate and 65+mph my bike did feel more stable with the Cee Baileys and the X-stream shields as opposed to the regular shaped shields.
