Frogg Toggs Hogg Toggs + Heat Patches

I've got H-D's Men's Overpass II Rain Jacket and Pant suite which is widely used and very nice. Not as "packable" as others but it sure is nice on those chilly, damp rides. Well worth the money. Wait for a local dealer to have a sale and score it for less. I waited and got mine for about $100.

Frogg Toggs are decent rain gear. As far as heat patches you will need them on where you might touch the pipes. If you are one of the few people who can keep your legs away from the pipes, you won't need them.
BTW I cut up an ironing board cover and made heat shields for a rain suit, it worked good.

My toggs worked great in the rain on the way to rolling thunder. Did melt a hole in the right inside leg. That's easily remedied. My point is that I like the light weight aspects. I don't like the dull or black color in reduced visibility situations. I like brightly colored rain gear. Colors like yellow, hiviz yellow or green, orange, etc. I am going to start looking for some brighter colors for my gear. It will most likely not be HD brand.
