Sounds like you just got in on a new product that they haven't got the kinks worked out yet. They have been around a long time with pretty good reviews on their other products. I'm sure they will make it right. Kinda like the buying the first year of a new model car.

Maybe it should be called Usukau.. LOLOL!! JK.. couldn't help it..

Tsukayu, the "T" is silent, it's pronounced sucka you. Maybey it should Tfukayu.

You are aware that HD shocks, forks and brakes are made in Asia to name a few?

I also had plans of purchasing a fairing and hard bags from Tsukayu, any info on extra charges when going thru customs. Good Luck with your purchase...

Has anyone had any extra charges ordering through Tsukayu? I figure orders outside USA have to go through customs I would think there would be some charge at customs or is that included in the price
