Is break in period essential before exhaust upgrade?

Did the SE Stage II before pick-up.
SE A/C, SE Fatshotz mufflers, and SE255 cams. And the Stage II HD Download. All parts are registered with HD and covered under full factory warranty. Must be done within 60 days of purchase.
Have 3000 miles , bikes runs stronger and louder each day and getting over 40 mpg.
Just saying..
