Thanks everyone, I'm really lovin' the bike.

I will now try to answer a few of the questions.

Personally I think it is the best looking bike Harley has ever built. I didn't like the flames on the 2010 SESG, and in general I don't like flames. But I think they look really good on this years bike.

Yes it's new for the 2012 SE Street Glide. But they are selling the whole set up too in the new accessories book.

I've been riding easy to break it in. Not lugging it or running over 4,000 rpm.
My old 103 Stage IV setup may have beat it in a drag race, but as far as cruising I can tell the 110 has a lot better torque for riding.

Yes the sticker is high but I have put more money in my 2009 and still didn't have a Sreamin' Eagle version.

Here's what I can tell you about the sound.
In my 2009 I had tried HAWG WIRED's biggest amp and speakers and couldn't hear it on the highway (I gave it away).
I had Biketronic's biggest amp and speakers and couldn't hear it at 70 in a head wind (so I sold it).
I ended up hooking up a headphone jack so I could listen on some ear buds (worked perfect).

I can hear this radio just fine at all speeds I've driven. It has a decent sound at all speeds or sound levels.
No need for the ear buds with this system. I would like to have them, but I don't need them.

Whatcha got drivin' all them speakers?
It's all stock. They say there is a 200 watt amp running the front speakers and another 200 watt amp running the speakers in the saddlebags.
So they call it a 400 watt system.

I hate you! Seriously, I'd trade in my '08 if I had the cash. Very nice ride. Good luck with her!
