I have no opinion or stake in your project, but to make your Ultra look more like a Street Glide, you can pull the lower fairings, remove the bag surrounds, and replace the tail light arm w/ the shorter version.
Then remove the chrome bumpers.
Note:
If you remove the chrome bumper on the rear fender, you’ll need to replace that with a hidden bracket that bolts to each bag support in place of the bumper.
The front bumper will come off and allow the chrome trim and fender light to remain without exposing any holes.
Then you’ll still have the Tourpack and associated wiring to deal with (antennas, speakers, lights).
Replacing the rear tail light assembly will also likely force you to change how the license plate mounts, and how it illuminates to keep the po-po off your tail.
Then there’s the seat and rear footboards to contend with.

Found what I need. Does anyone know the part number for the medallion that cover the hole when you remove the lower tail light. And also the front fender when you remove the fender light.to cover the indent in the fender where the light was.
