if you go through one of the discounters, you can get the hd hard lowers, complete for around $525. already color matched to your paint. if you have denim black, you can get those for less than $500 
there are other options out there, fairing factory on ebay is one, but unless you have a vivid black back, then by the time you get them painted, it would have been cheaper to go with hd.
