Push your PTT switch to the left or right and it will switch to the CB for a few seconds. This adjusts the squelch. You can also adjust the COM volume when that display is on.
You also need to make sure your CB is on. It's one of the buttons on the radio panel. Just hold it in for a second or two. I leave mine on all the time and just turn up the squelch when I don't want to hear it. Make sure you get the volume adjusted. Mine keyed up (went into receive mode when the signal was greater than the squelch setting) one time when I was near the interstate and I had the volume way up. It scared the **** out of me!
You won't see it by jumping through the modes (Weather/AM/FM/CD).

Yes the Ultra Limited does come with a CB, it works a little different than the radio because the CB and Radio/cd player can be on at the same time. You can hit your Com button on your head unit then press 1 to turn the CB on and off. When com is active your volume controls switch to com volume and not longer control your radio volume. Your owners manual will tell you how to use the CB, I recommend reading it and setting it up in your driveway until you get a feel for the controls.

Speaking of CBs, I've gotten my tour pak quick disconnect all done except for the CB antenna. I've routed my cable down the right side BUT the for the life of me I can't find just a short CB cable to patch it to the antenna itself. I sure as he!! don't want to pay for the long cable back to the fairing or X amount of bucks for the Harley kit. Any buddy figure a way yet? I do want to keep the CB for those times I'm on a trip out in the middle of nowhere out of cell service.
