Good luck. I know how you feel. I am recovering from hernia surgery and it is killing me not to ride.

 

i just had surgery for a torn labrum and bone spur removal (a month and a half ago)...be prepared for no sleep after your surgery. thats the worst part. anyway, I will be riding again in a month or two tops as I have started physical therapy last week. I hear the rotator cuff takes longer in therapy but hang in there. If you are having surgery then even if you did more damage, they will just fix it right? good luck and if you need any info, message me because there will be times after surgery where you just have had enough
