How do their Saddlebag Suitcases differ from the HD ones?

barkingspud, I think the main difference is the opposing zippers but I suppose it depends on which of the 3-4 types of HD suitcases you refer to. I have the premium I think (come with the Limited). There are the deluxe which are a step down and the premiere which are a step up and hardsided. I would guess these are competing with the deluxe. Opposing zippers mean you can actually open the whole thing up.

I think I attached theirs here. My harley bag has the zipper across the top

Thoughts
I have the two bag (fill the void) set for the road king classic...basically it is the same thing as hard bags but only includes two bags.
It is well made and look good.
But honestly after purchase i realized that new long black athletic socks would work just as well..The sturdy construction of the (fill the void) bags does not stretch and limits storage with-in them... and both the socks and the bags require you to dump out their contents most times in order to access your items...but you can wipe your hands with the socks and flip them dirty side in.
The service and quality was good.
It's use in my opinion is for someone that wants to spend money on good looking seldom used storage items...again it is a quality product but a pair of socks will work if someone is on a budget.

Yes but the socks dont have zippers. ;-) Good points here, I bough a set and tend to agree that they wont stretch, however the idea is that they sit in the void at the bottom and if they were to stretch then they would just become another item at the bottom of the bag. IMHO :-)

I have yet to find a use for the smaller two bags, not much fits in them except maybe condoms ;-) and if they are in the bottom they aint much use...............
