Take a look at Rush true duals. Look good and ceramic coated.

I also vote no on the classics. The left side comes out of the back jug, and right down to the left. I had them on my Limited Ultra for awhile, and went back to a system that puts the left side back under the frame. Ended up with Vance & Hines Power Duals. Had a tech tell me that he tries to talk people out of classics. Too much heat near electrical stuff now, with classics. If I ever do RH again, I'd go with the extremes, and go under the frame.

I run the classic duals and am very happy with them. My wife doesn't mind the rear pipe exiting by her foot.

I would have to agree!

V&H Dresser Duals and Rinehart 4" mufflers on my bike.

The wife and myself could not be happier with this setup.

The Dressers have a very clean look and don't cook the wifes leg.

I have got to get a new sig pic. Those are not Rineharts in the pic. LOL

I want to get the flat black exhaust system. If i go with the V & H dresser duals and the Rinehart 4" slip-ons, how well will the color match? Does anyone run this setup?

One of my riding buddies has that exact setup and it looks and sounds great.

This thread is a bit more recent than activity from the last I posted, but never the less, good to have answers on both, so here goes..

Can anyone explain how they are using the 4" Rineharts with V&H Dresser Duals? The inlet on the 4" Riney's are 2" where the DD's are 1-3/4?

I wanted to do this to my '12 FLHTK but spoke with both manufacturers who both confirmed it wasn't possible. The 3.5" Riney's would work.

There is a differance between the true duals and the slip-ons. The slip ons will go on other head pipes, if you buy the true dual set up from them it comes with a step header and differant muffler that only works with their header.

Go to Rinehardt's website, click on exhaust, then look at slip on mufflers. They will work with V&H dd's. Thats what I'm running.

I have the xtreme and love them, can't check the oil when it's hot, but I check and estimate before the ride. You can also get the digital cap.

Also not sure how true it is but I read somewhere the mufflers for the slip ons are different than the ones from the true duals
