Default "Drag Type" exhaust sound for my 2012 CVO Ultra Classic

Traded in my 2012 Fat boy with the 103 that had the vance and hines drag pipes on it, loved the sound, they were on the bike when i bought it,

i just picked up my 110 cvo today and it's waaaaayyy to quiet. I listened to some slip ons they had on another bike, and it didn't sound no where as good as my vance and hines did on the other bike.

what's going to give me the sound that i'm looking for on this style bike

it looks like vance and hines makes the big radius 2 into 2 for the bike as well, I was thinking i wanted tips coming out of the back like stock on the bike, but those may work after all??

i wonder how the big shot 2 into 2 sounds compared to the big radius

Get rid of the cat, way to restrictive on flow and makes it way to quiet.
I would start there.

I dont know about the 110 CVO. I thought it had a larger aircleaner and bett er soiunding slipons, So You must get rid of the head pipe which includes the cat.

The combination of headpipe with cat and epa regulated mufflers makes a stock cvo sound like a metric with a noisy valve train! At least. That's what mine sounded like to me! My solution was a little off the beaten path. I went with a hybrid setup. A Bub TDX headpipe and 4" Rinehart mufflers. It makes for a nice low rumble sound at cruise rpm's and a loud rumble when you open up the throttle! Everyone has their own idea of what sounds good. This was what I was after for sound and for once I got it right the first time!
