Default Sqealing at low spead

Yesterday while riding I noticed a high pitched squealing from my front wheel. Its higher pitched than the normal brake squeal I get and I don't hear while stopping, but while taking off from a stop and cruising about 20mph down my street. I lifted the bike today and its definately coming from the front wheel, more right than left. I cant tell though, if its the brake pads and rotor or if its the axel area. I read about the wheel bearings going bad but dont know if this is a sign. There doesnt seem to be any play or slop that I've noticed in the wheel but could this be the start? Any advice or opinions?

Oh, its a 2004 Road King

Remove your calipers from your rotors and spin your wheel to find the source.

That's what I was going to suggest.

Did it this morning, no squeal. Taking it for a ride in a little bit, hopefully it'll stay that way.
