Have the HD ones on my RKC when going long distance and they work great. Didn't notice any difference in temps.

I have the HD version and the difference was like night and day. I will not be taking them off. No issue on engine oil temps that I can see.

I have the HD ones and am happy with them. I got tired of my pants legs blowing in the wind. The wind deflectors are on to stay!

Hi Deckman, that's great news! Any chance you can post a pic please? The 'problem' I had was that the deflectors obscured the lights, so they couldn't be seen very well from the front and didn't light up much, except the backs of the deflectors!

Mine are a seasonal thing. Summer is so hot in Cal sometimes so I strip the bike and then winter (if you can call it that here) put the deflectors back on.

I've left mine on for the last couple years. Like em!!!
Cuts down most all of the up-draft.

That and the combo of the LRS shield. Works **** !!!!
