Hey UGGA, I did not see a picture of your Goldwing in the set.
I had 5 goldwings but they are not convertibles like the H~D's

Here you go Tinker. Don't get me wrong - my Wing's a great bike. But it doesn't have the versatility of the HD. Changing the windshield on my Wing takes about 45 minutes. On my Street Glide it takes about 45 seconds. I didn't think that anyone on this forum would want to see a picture of a Wing.

Guys, and just for the sake of conversation here, there are some BMW bikes that start as almost sport bikes, but have frames where you can put on side packs and a rear pack. Add Tank bags too. There are bikes that you can cover the back seat with a fairing (Suzuki M109) to make it a one up without even changing the seat.

Harley baggers = nice bikes but I think you're stretching a bit with most versatile bike...

That is one nasty looking windshied you got there. What is it and where can I get one for my Road Glide?

I've never owned a BMW, so I can't speak from experience. However, I wonder if the changes that you speak of can be done with no tools and in 5 minutes? Like I said, I don't know - just curious. And even if the answer is yes, does that make the BMW more versatile than the HD bagger?

I love Baggers, I went from a 2004 Road King to a 2007 Ultra Classic. You can do so much with either bike.

Excellent point. I didn't realize just how versatile until I joined this forum. You guys really have some great ideas. DI75 - nice bike. Does it take long to clean those spokes?

God Bless and ride safe,
