Sprayed both cailpers(covering wheel & fender) and low & behold front brakes started working! The brake fluid looks decent inside the reserviour but i think I'll bleed it tomorrow. Any thoughts on that? I'm going to do a better cleaning to the inside of the calipers tomorrow as well. Has anyone ever heard of this before?
Thanks!
yes the pistons collect alot of s*it, remove one pad pull lever just a little to push the bare piston out a little ,brake clean and a toothbrush will usually get in there pretty good ,, repeat for all four pistons,, you should be good to go,,,do mine at least once a year,,wether it needs iy or not,,part of my normal PM now,.
