Default I always gain weight during riding season

Seems in the winter I shed a few pounds because I dont ride as much. I am fortunate to have 180 days a year vacation but with a small family I end up riding during the week while the kids are in school. I seem to always end up looking at yelp or something for a burger joint within 200 miles away. I ended up eating 3 or 4 burgers a week that or subs. Anyone ever ride to tofu joints?...lol F' that I love burgers and beer

I'm with ya. Here in Chicago there are TONS of great hotdog joints. I love riding to different ones to check em out. That's one of my favorite things to do if I'm out riding by myself cruisin around. Damn, now I REALLY want spring to get here. LOL!!

Good God, if I had 180 vacation days a year I would look like beached whale!

We tend to do BBQ rides around here. Same problem with the pounds!

We do the same thing; pick a ride destination. Generally we select a coffee shop... No wonder why I haven't been able to sleep for the last 5 weeks

Other way around for me. I work more in the Summer and that helps keep the lbs off. I don't ride here in Michigan in the Winter, so I spend way to much time in front of the TV with lots of snacks. Every Spring I need to drop 15 or 20 lbs so I can fit back in to my riding gear, PITA.
I know it's my fault, but Winter really sucks.

It is the opposite for me. When I'm riding I will skip meal time to keep on going.

I gain weight during winter (non-riding season) and lose it during the riding months.
