I guess I'm the only one to understand this. Sure they can get you at any time, but I choose not to ride in rush hour traffic with all the distracted idiots. Reading the morning paper texting and drinking their coffee.

I'm lucky that I can ride to work on 90% rural roads and I work nights so the traffic is light when I go in and non existent when I get off.

But if the only choice I had was the super slab and the traffic I would just pass. Riding in that is neither relaxing or fun.

Glad you're OK, as with the others, hope the cops get the turd, leaving the scene is still criminal in most states. Probably no insurance or worse no license and trying to get away with it, needs to go to jail.
