Go to Ace Hardware/Tru Value/Whatever, or order from McMaster-Carr on the web:
Get the following (all 5/16-18):
4 black plastic ***** with 1.25 or 1.5 inch 5/16 studs
4 LONG shank speed nuts , u-nuts or whatever you call them (replaces Dzus clips)
4 chrome spacers 5/16 in case you need them (if studs are too long)
Remove the stock dzus clips, replace with speed nuts
Loosen the front saddlebag retaining bracket so you can make fine adjustments
Put the bag on the support tube
Rear: Screw the black **** from the inside thru the existing grommet and thru the rear speed nut
Adjust the front saddleback bracket so the holes line up, then screw the front **** into the speed nut
Tighten the saddlebag support brackets
Optional: put 5/16 female black plastic handles on the outside as a double precaution
Done
Theftproof

I had the same issue last summer on my 2012 street glide. After losing the right bag 2X grinding away the lid and a argument with my dealer it was determined that the wrong pins were installed at delivery. The post is in the forums but I can't figure out how to link to it. The pins for a SESG are a touch longer due to the carpeted liners. My bike had two of those pins which allowed it to vibrate and fall off on the road.
You might want to check the length of all your pins or bolt them on like I did after.....

I replied to this post earlier ... I'm guessing that you posted this in the "New Member" area ... Get familiar with the site then do a search on 1. Hard Bags 2. Stolen Bags 3. Brukus and you'll get more information than you'll know what to do with. Your original fasteners are DZUS ... and when used properly are pretty damn good .. Problem is some don't fasten them properly and bags can fall off.

Did you remove your seat and do you have a grab strap across the seat? If so read this.
When you remove the seat you must remove the seat strap by unbolting the bracket. The bracket is not installed properly. This is how to install it
#1 Place bag on rail and make sure it is seated.
#2 Place rear pin and tighten
#3 With the front bracket still loose put in front pin and tighten pin
#4 Take a 7/16 wrench and tighten the bracket
It will not come loose again
